Refund policy

Events Refund Policy: 

• 100% refund if requested 14 days prior to event
• 50% refund if requested 7 days prior to event
• Absolutely no refunds less than 7 days of the event. 
• In the event of inclement weather, we will provide an alternate event date. No refunds for weather-related issues.
• Refunds may take 14 days to process.

Merchandise Refund Policy:

Only unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us directly to arrange the return. Refunds may take 14 days to process.
